Arbetsuppgifter
- Working with product owners, process owners and stake holders to understand, improve and visualize workflows and customer journeys.
- Talking to visual designers and help oversee a consistent look and feel in all our digital material.
- Sharing wireframes with developers, designers and user focus groups to make sure everyone is on board and see things the same way.
- Understanding the personas who will use the product, ensuring it not only makes sense, but is thoroughly enjoyable for them to use.
Din profil
You have a way with people, making them feel comfortable, and you understand their joys, pains and needs.
You have at least three years of experience working with UX, preferably a mix of highly graphical and administrative settings.
Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are awesome, shadowed only by your ability to listen and understand.
With a portfolio of previous work developed in Sketch, Adobe ID, Illustrator or similar you have all reasons to feel confident you deliver greatness.
Driven not only by empathy, but also by a scientific approach to validate your assumptions, you enjoy setting up experiments and collecting metrics.
Having worked in development organizations before, you bring in experience from what works and what doesn’t. This is extremely valuable in helping us reach the next level faster.
