As IT and tech is becoming more critical we are strengthening the IT Operations organization with in the areas of cyber security, infrastructure specialists and service management. More specifically we are strengthening the ownership of our Transport Systems (TA) which takes care of Transport Administration, Transport Management, Transport Invoicing and Billing Management.
As a Product Manager you will take ownership of the strategic roadmap and operation of Transport Systems (TA). You will be the spider in the web supporting the business achieve excellence in transportation. The role includes:
- Maintaining a well anchored roadmap covering the development of Transport Systems (TA)in both short and long term.
- Handling and prioritizing demands from the business in terms of functionality and capacity
- Managing internal as well as external stakeholders
- Coordinating changes and releases
- Ensuring a stable operation and support
- Manage integrations with other systems
- Manage cost
Din profil
You understand the business side of things and understand how you can contribute to the success.
Previous experience might fintech, e-commerce, medtech or other areas with intense data transactions and where IT and tech are business critical.
Leadership comes naturally to you and you get people and teams to get the job done by inspiring and coaching.
Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are awesome. When you explain things, people not only understand, but also feel motivated to take on the task at hand.
You have at least five years of experience in product management and/or service management, and a degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, engineering).
Good understanding of industry standards and proven practices such as ITIL
Our epicenter of development is in Stockholm, Hornsbergs Strand. We have warehouses in central and southern Sweden. We offer ample opportunities to working from home, but there will be a lot of creative sessions where your presence by the white board is a key to interaction, success and team spirit.
We work “normal” business hours, 40h work week, with lots of flexibilities for picking up kids from day care or avoiding rush hour traffic.
