Cyber Security Specialist at Aditro Logistics

We need to take huge leaps to improve our capabilities understanding the efficiency of processes, flow of goods, warehouse utilization and lead times, equipment telemetry etc. To do this, we are making huge investments in tech and IT and are building the ultimate team to run this in a secure way.
As IT and tech is becoming more critical we are strengthening the IT Operations organization with in the areas of cyber security, infrastructure specialists and service management.

As Cyber security specialist you will take lead in all cyber security matters and you will make the road ahead smooth by establishing clear ways of working with Cyber security within Aditro Logistics. You will be:
- ensuring the health of our systems and work actively with our own internal security.
- work closely with our engineers and be a major driver of the security and operational initiatives.
- performing IT security reviews and test
- working together with Posti Group in running a SoC
- supporting the business and project in IT Security matters.
- working together with an international team within Posti Group
- establish and maintain a process for information security incidents
- maintain an up to date insight on threat level and proactive risk mitigation
- maintain a security governance model internally as well as with our partners and suppliers.

Previous experience might be from fintech, e-commerce, medtech or other areas with intense data transactions and where IT and tech are business critical.
Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are awesome. When you explain things, people not only understand, but also feel motivated to take on the task at hand.
You have at least five years of experience in cyber security, and a degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, engineering).

Our epicenter of development is in Stockholm, Hornsbergs Strand. We have warehouses in central and southern Sweden. We offer ample opportunities to working from home, but there will be a lot of creative sessions where your presence by the white board is a key to interaction, success and team spirit.
We work “normal” business hours, 40h work week, with lots of flexibilities for picking up kids from day care or avoiding rush hour traffic.
